建設省は17日、ハノイ市を流れるホン川(紅河)北側のドンアイン郡でのアセアン国際貿易財政センター建設とニャッタン～ノイバイ間道路沿い地域の開発マスタープラン作成についての方針を記した文書を政府官房に送付した。18日付ベトストックが報じた。
それによると建設省とハノイ市人民委員会は、「2030年までの首都ハノイ建設マスタープランおよび2050年までのビジョン」に沿って、この地域の開発計画を立案することで合意した。これにより、ホン川北側でのバランスのとれた都市開発が実現できると期待されている。
